Preparation
- Gather the people with a vested interest in video and live streaming. This may include the decision makers, the money people, and those tasked with operating the system.
- Set aside a couple of hours to talk through these points.
- Plan to have a follow-up meeting after everyone has had time to think things over.
- Contact Phil (or another video professional.) Personally, I'd love to be at your initial meeting or part of the initial talks, but you can certainly follow this process on your own. Feel free to reach out at any time with questions.
