1. We would like to stream because...
Start with "why". What is your initial motivation? You might have multiple reasons, go ahead and list them all out. Example: Reaching homebound members. Outreach. Archiving sermons. Creating a podcast. Creating social media clips. Everyone else is doing it.
There are no "wrong" answers, but helping the committee and installers get a feel for where you are philosophically can help guide the selection of products and services that best fit your desires.
Once you have a good feel for why, head on to statement two.
